Pollack & Flanders was founded as a Boston-based litigation boutique. Since its founding, our firm has successfully prosecuted the claims of numerous individual and business clients in courts throughout the country. Recently, in our continued efforts to provide our clients with the service and experience that they demand, we expanded and deepened our business and contract law capabilities, including by adding lawyers with sophisticated experience in such areas as bankruptcy law, corporate law, and real estate transactions. Pollack & Flanders consists of seasoned trial lawyers who also have the resources to resolve clients’ matters creatively and effectively in or out of court.
